Santé® to Host Health Care Job Fair on March 25
Signing Bonuses Guaranteed for More Than 100 Positions. Across Maricopa County Amid Ongoing Nursing Shortage
Scottsdale, Ariz. (March 22, 2022) – Scottsdale health care company Santé® will be hosting a job fair this week for more than 100 healthcare positions in Maricopa County including RNs, LPNs, NPs, CNAs, PTs, OTs, PTAs and COTAs. The company will also look to fill various operational jobs in culinary, housekeeping and environmental services.
“The world needs nurses more than ever right now,” said Sante Vice President of Human Resources Julie Kirk. “We are looking forward to drawing in some excellent talent this week and are in a position to offer some incredible incentives to recognize the value of these in-demand healthcare workers.”
Kirk will lead the job fair held on March 25 from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Santé of Surprise located at 14775 W Yorkshire Dr. Surprise, AZ 85374. Applications will be available on-site and applicants should be prepared for in-person interviews at the event. Santé of Surprise will also provide food and beverages, and will host a raffle for attendees to have a chance at winning one of two iPads.
Guaranteed sign-on bonuses will be provided for RNs, LPNs and CNAs at $6K, $4K and $2K, respectively.
