Santé has a designated workers’ compensation team. Our team works with payers, claims adjusters, and nurse case managers with a collaborative approach to patient care and rehabilitation. Our team will develop a customized care plan, centered around the patient’s needs and your injury, and communicate any updates or changes with the adjuster and case manager, and assist with discharge planning.
Once you return home, or if you were discharged home following your procedure or surgery, you can still benefit from outpatient therapy. Santé is proud to offer a comprehensive and personalized outpatient therapy program at all our valley locations.
